Merger with Przelewy24

Przelewy24 and Dotpay/eCard are joining forces as P24 DotCard to provide merchants with advanced technological solutions and the broadest range of payment services available on the market. The group's majority stake is held by Nets – the leader of the payment services market in the Nordic countries. Piotr Kurczewski remains the CEO of P24 Dotcard.

At the moment, all processes connected with transaction handling remain unchanged. Thanks to the merger of Przelewy24 and Dotpay/eCard, we will unify the product offer using the best solutions developed by each of the companies. Merchants will gain access to new payment services, which we will continuously develop while maintaining the highest standards of security and quality of customer service. We will keep you updated on any changes to the current cooperation.

Ultimately, Przelewy24 will become the leading brand of the group and Dotpay and eCard – the supporting brands.

The offers of the merging companies are complementary, thanks to which the integration will create a universal portfolio offering a full range of payment services for e-commerce. Merchants can expect access to new products which we will gradually introduce using the best technological solutions available in Przelewy24 and Dotpay/eCard.

The target platform through which we will provide the best possible infrastructure, products and services will be Przelewy24. We will inform you of any relevant formal changes in advance.
