COVID -19. Information on ensuring continuity of Dotpay service.
The Company has implemented appropriate mechanisms and processes that have helped to prepare the organization and its Employees to deal with and manage possible disruptions caused by COVID-19. A programme has also been put in place to reduce the likelihood of a pandemic affecting the Company’s operations.
Our business continuity plan cover all our primary and backup locations, define roles and responsibilities, identify key services, support staff and key personnel. The plans also provides remote access to documents, files and systems.
Tests conducted so far have shown that the Company is ready for unpredictable disruptions to its operations. The tests have also confirmed full availability and functionality of critical processes and possible substitutability of key Employees of the Company.
